Carlos Quiroz is the President/CEO of Eye Q Investigations. Unlike most firms, where the owners rarely engage in any field investigations, he regularly conducts field investigations of all matters. This results in quality investigations for our clients.

Carlos’ work experience consists of a Personal Injury Paralegal for a large firm in Manhattan for 4 years; a Surveillance and Claims Investigations Manager for a Long Island based Independent Adjusting firm for 9 years, a Private Investigator Support Staff Member for 6 years and as a Casualty Adjuster for a TPA firm in Manhattan for 1 year. He was also a partner in a private investigations firm for 3 years prior to creating Eye Q Investigations. Due to this varied work experience, he has developed a unique ability to analyze a case or claim from various perspectives and therefore; he always instills a creative investigative strategy that provides unparalleled results for our clients.

Part of his investigative career highlights include conducting Insurance Fraud investigations in Puerto Rico for AFLAC. Over the course of several months working as the lead Spanish speaking investigator on the island in 2007, he and the SIU team were able to identify the modus operandi of how the fraud was being perpetrated and all the participants in the ring, from the patients to the physicians. He also secured written and recorded confessions from some of the patients and gained their cooperation in the investigation against the doctors in exchange for leniency for their crimes. His thorough and extensive work with the SIU team later resulted in Federal indictments against the physicians and 101 patients involved in the ring. Locally, Carlos has conducted hundreds of Workers Compensation, General Liability, Infidelity, Child Custody and a multitude of Missing Person and Witness Locates. Once again, his investigations have resulted in criminal arrests of those caught committing Workers Compensation fraud. He has worked closely with the Inspector General’s office in NY in the evaluation of the surveillance he has personally conducted and turned over to their office. Carlos always employs an aggressive, yet sophisticated approach to each investigation, no matter the type. His vision of creating and expanding Eye Q Investigations has grown into a reality because of his expert staff of investigators, many of whom are licensed Private Investigators themselves in NY, NJ or CT.
